• Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price, excluding any applicable delivery charges or taxes.
• Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

3. Delivery Policy

• Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event setup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the stage of order preparation.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Substitutions: In the event that a specific flower or plant is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic, maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
• Appearance: Actual colors and sizes may vary slightly from images displayed on our online platform due to natural variations and screen display differences.
